– The concept:
The idea was to connect the liquid and solid food world with the molecular cooking.
– The vision:
The vision is divided in 4 steps : • The first one is the workshop, a two day training for professional bartender and the greatest masters of molecular cousine. • The second step are Pepsi molecular events at bar of apprentice where people can taste cocktails about pepsi molecular mixology. • The third step it’s a cocktail catering service. Users can book catering service with an application for all device. The personal bartender preparing home cocktails. • The fourth step is to do it yourself at home with a special pack available at the supermarkets.
