Molecular Mixology

– MISSION

The mission was to imagine kind of “SOLID PEPSI” product
and how the brand can enter in relative european market. Design the vision structured in 3/4 steps and spread in 4/5 years.

– Brief:

How Pepsi brand could enter the solid food market.

– The concept:

The idea was to connect the liquid and solid food world with the molecular cooking.

– The vision:

The vision is divided in 4 steps :
• The first one is the workshop, a two day training for professional bartender and the greatest masters of molecular cousine.
• The second step are Pepsi molecular events at bar of apprentice where people can  taste cocktails about pepsi molecular mixology.
• The third step it’s a cocktail catering service. Users can book catering service with an application for all device. The personal bartender preparing home cocktails.
• The fourth step is to do it yourself at home with a special pack available at the supermarkets.

• STEP 1 -THE WORKSHOP

•WHAT?: 2 DAY TRAINING + FINAL PRESENTATION

•WHO?: GREATEST MASTER WITH APPRENTICE

•WHERE?: COLLEGUE DU FRANCE

•HOW?: THE GREAT MASTER, CALLED BY PEPSI APPRENTICE SELECT FROM BEST WORLD CLASS COMPETITION CRITIQUE OBSERVE AND INTERACTS TESTIMONIAL TAKE PART IN THE FINAL EVENT

• STEP 2 -THE PEPSI MOLECULAR EVENTS

• WHAT?: MOLECULAR EVENT, ONLY ONE WEEK FOR EVERY SEASON

•WHO?: BARTENDER

•WHERE?: BAR OF APPRENTICE

•HOW?: BARTENDER THE APPRENTICE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE WORKSHOP MAKE AND SHOW COCKTAILS. THE USERS RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT PEPSI WORKSHOPS AND MOLECULAR MIXOLOGY

• STEP 3 – PEPSI MIXOLOGY SERVICE

•WHAT?: COCKTAIL CATERING

•WHO?: PERSONAL BARTENDER

•WHERE?: NO PLACES

•HOW?: USERS CAN BOOK CATERING SERVICE WITH AN APPLICATION FOR ALL DEVICE. THE PERSONAL BARTENDER PREPARING HOME COCKTAILS

• STEP 4 – DI IT YOURSELF

• WHAT?: MOLECULAR MIXOLOGY EXPERIENCE

•WHO?: USER

•WHERE?: HOME

•HOW?: THE USER CAN BUY THE PEPSI MOLECULAR KIT AND BECAME THE BARTENDER. THEY CAN PREPARE/EXPERIMENT AND CONSUME THEIR MOLECULAR COCKTAILS
