– BRIEF:
Develop the new exhaust design for the Scrambler 1100 sport pro.
The design language has to represent the Ducati’s sporty soul, it also has to combine technical and ergonomic aspect with the need to protectfrom heat.
– DESIGN:
The focus of the activity was to design the new tail’s exhaust and the hot shield.
The design of tails exhaust are inspired by the front light and characterized by four blocks to empathize the “solid” appearance.
The shields are more dynamic to empathize the sporty look.
The heat shields are divided in two parts: – the main part in aluminium is to better dissipate heat – the top plastic cover is to protect the passenger from the heat of the exhaust
